In December of 2022, Grant Nichols took over the operations of the Pangaea
website in order for Jan and Phil Zacker to retire. The agreement we had with
Grant was to remain in force until he either retired or died. Unfortunately and
unexpectedly Grant died on March 2nd, 2024.
His heirs, we have learned, were totally unaware of this contingent of our
agreement and are continuing the billing of our subscribers by his son-in-law,
Jason. He has no authority for this and all operations of the Pangaea website
have now become the responsibility of Darrell Smith with whom we have a
new agreement.
PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANY FURTHER INVOICES TO PANGAEA DATA, INC.
All payments should be made to Pangaea Datacom, LLC.

We ask for your patience as we go through these changes in the next couple
of weeks. Since we were unable to provide the level of service that you are accustomed to,
we will not be sending invoices out on the 15th of April. All current Pangaea Subscribers will
receive the month of May services for FREE. The June invoices will be sent out around May 15th.
Also, if your company's Accounts Payable Manager is not a Subscriber, please let them know of these changes.
Once again, please do not make any payments to Pangaea Data Inc.
